visited 2 units.
freehold, 3 room with 2 bath room.
780sf very tiny and low ceiling.
asking price: 98k for ms phon, 93k for kent.
forget to take picture.
unit from phon is quite dirty and need a lot repaint. some cracks observed. this unit is belong to old investor.
unit from Kent is face south. greenery is observed from living room windows. decent unit. left over by owner.
yet to see other apartment to make better comparison.

Let's start, think, do and talk.
This is for personal use and discussion places among friends. Hopefully, at the same time I plan for investment and some sincere feedbacks is collected.
Initial Plan:-
Look for area that can invest for stable rental (100-150k)
1. Student area (Cyberjaya, Setapak, Seri Damansara, Sunway)
2. Stable area (puchong)
3. Look for capital gain property (>200k)
Look for new launch and hope for gain after CF
Just bought a super phone with GPS to hopefully help in this.
